We are excited to be photographing your dancer. Below you will find some helpful information about how photo-day will go with your studio.

The Photoday Process:

Each dancer will be given a card on Photoday. On that card will be an individual access code & a QR code. Scanning that code with your phone take you to your dancers private online gallery & allow you to sign up for text notifications when your dancers gallery goes live or is about to expire.

For dancers with multiple classes, all of their images will appear together, to help in the ordering process.

Parents with multiple dancers/codes can add them once logged in to view all of their dancers/children in one proofing/ordering process.
FAQ's
Q: How do I see my dancers images?
A: Each dancer is given a card with a website link and individual access code during their first class photo session to take home. About 24 hours after photo-day, you can follow the instructions on the card to view the private gallery of your dancer. You can also sign up for text alerts when the online gallery goes live.
Q: What if my dancer has multiple classes:?
A: All of your dancers classes will appear in the same private gallery, along with access to the class group photos.
Q: What if I have more than one dancer?
A: When logging into the system, you will be able to enter multiple access codes to see all of your dancers in at one time. You can even group orders together.
Q: Can my dancer take photos with friends/siblings?
A: YES! We love to photography friends & siblings - just let us know on photo-day and we can make that happen!
Q: What are your packages and prices?
A: All of our packages and pricing are listed online, within the gallery, in a very user friendly format. Feel free to call/email with any questions.
Q: Can I buy the digital images?
A: Yes. Our digital images come with a print release as well.
Q: What if I need help ordering?
A: You can call our studio for assistance, or we would be glad to set an appointment to help in the process.

Packages & Ala-Carte:
The best deals are part of our popular packages; many can be customized with multiple poses within the package. This year, all of our basic packages have group/class photos included as an option. Ala-Cart options are still a great way of making sure you can get prints of each of your dancers costumes.
Digital Downloads are also available as a stand alone item, or as an additional ‘add-on’ purchase with all packages, posters or Memory Mates. (Group/Class poses are still NOT available as a digital download.)
